    A gentle yet powerful energy that works on the deepest layers, purifying what needs to be released, healing what's been wounded, and reconnecting you to your own inner light. As a certified Holy Fire III Reiki Master in Salt Lake City, Autumn holds each session in sacred space.

    Shamanic Healing

    Ancient practices that go to the root. Soul retrieval, power animal retrieval, and extraction work help you reclaim the parts of yourself that have been lost, hidden, or taken. One of the few certified Shamanic practitioners in Utah.

    Plant Medicine Guidance

    For those called to explore plant medicine as part of their healing path, Autumn offers safe, compassionate guidance, grounded in experience, respect for the medicine, and a deep understanding of integration.

    Intuitive Energy Work

    Sometimes healing doesn't fit into a single modality. These sessions draw on everything in Autumn's practice, Reiki, intuition, lunar energy, and years of walking the labyrinth, to meet you exactly where you are. Available in Salt Lake City and virtually throughout Utah.

    Shamanic Practices

    As a certified Shamanic practitioner, Autumn draws on ancient earth-based traditions to facilitate deep, transformative healing. These practices work at the soul level, going beyond symptoms to address the root of imbalance and restore wholeness.

    Soul Retrieval

    Trauma, shock, or loss can cause parts of our essence to fragment and withdraw. Soul retrieval is the shamanic practice of journeying to recover those lost soul parts, bringing back vitality, wholeness, and the qualities that went missing when you needed them most.

    Power Animal Retrieval

    In shamanic tradition, power animals are spiritual allies that walk with us, offering protection, wisdom, and strength. When we lose connection to them, we can feel ungrounded or vulnerable. This practice restores that sacred bond.

    Extraction Work

    Energetic intrusions, dense or dissonant energies that don't belong to you, can accumulate from difficult relationships, environments, or experiences. Extraction gently removes these blockages so your own energy can flow freely again.

    Shamanic Journeying

    Guided by the drum and held in sacred space, shamanic journeying takes you into non-ordinary reality to receive guidance, healing, and insight from compassionate spirits. Each journey is unique to your path and what you need in this moment.
