Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. No Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the service.
